Family Holidays

So, here comes the annual family holiday, get the wife a new wardrobe, force the kids to agree on where we want to go for a change, and what actually happens? We end up in some hotel on the continent never leaving it to breathe a breath outside of its walls. So I thought, how can I get my family to explore a bit of the country? Well, by taking them on a tour, I suppose. But what kind of a tour? What wouldn’t cost the earth and would be easy enough for the wife and fun enough for the kids to not get bored within the first 5 minutes? That’s when it came to me – touring caravan sites, of course.

Well, I got a bit of a nudge in the right direction in the form of the fantastically informative website from The Caravan Club, which provides all the information you could possibly want when embarking on your caravan holiday planning. And what’s great about this website is that it lists all the touring caravan sites across the UK and even abroad, so you can really get a helping hand in planning your caravan holidays and not worry about things going awry throughout the trip. Fantastic idea I say, bring on more of it.
